Ingredients
32 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tbsp Coconut Flour, Bob's Red Mill (by LIVESIMPLY1) 1 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) .25 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA) 2 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50) 2 tsp Onion powder
Directions
cut up 8 boneless, skinless breasts. Place them in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. In a small bowl, mix all of the spices. Gently massage the spice mixture onto the top of the chicken pieces. Add a little water into the bottom of the pan, making sure not to wash off the spice mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
