Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 6 oz Greek Gods Greek Yogurt, Plain, Non-fat 1 cup Kroger brand mild cheddar cheese shredded 0.5 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)
Directions
Blend ingredients together except for ham. Put tablespoon of ham into each cup. Cover with aluminum foil. Steam for 8 min. NPR 10 min Serving Size: 1 egg bite
