Flounder, Broccoli, Tomatoes & Brie

Ingredients
16 oz Nature's Promise Wild Caught Flounder (by R37777) 1.25 cup Trader Joe's organic broccoli florets (by REESIE108) 1.5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 1.95 oz Trader Joe's Light Brie 1 gram spectrum avocado oil spray (by LORDXENA) 1 tbsp Chipotle Chili Pepper Seasoning (by SONNYG1) 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 1 Tbsp Finlandia Imported Unsalted Butter
Directions
Lightly Spray baking pan with avocado oil, as well as filets. Sprinkle seasoning on filets. Slice tomatoes and place with broccoli florets on top of fish. Saute onions in butter and place on top of veggies and fish. Cut Brie into small cubes, place randomly on top and bake @ 350 , covered with foil for about 20- 25 minutes.
