Spicy Pepper Jack Mac 'n' Cheese

~ 2 cups uncooked Pasta (I used Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta)~ 4 oz Colby Jack Cheese~ 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese~ 3/4 cup Milk (I used Alpenrose Ultra Fat Free Milk, it's Fat Free with extra vitamins)
1. Cook pasta according to instructions on box.
2. While pasta is cooking, dice up the cheese into small cubes.
3. After pasta is finished cooking, drain water from pasta.
4. Place pasta back on the burner over medium-low heat, add milk and cheese.
5. Let set on burner until cheese is completely melted, stirring frequently.
Makes 4 servings (1 cup each)
