Fish with Coriander

2 lb Pollock (fish)0.25 cup Canola Oil 4 cloves Garlic, crushed 2 tbsp Coriander Seed, Ground
Directions
Marinate thawed fish in oil, garlic, and coriander for 2 hours. Drain excess oil onto skillet and fry fillets until they flake easily with a fork.
