4.0 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas4.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil0.5 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except oil. Put oil in frying pan. When hot drop batter on pan by 1/4 cup fulls. Cook 1 min each side.
