Faux tato Salad

Ingredients
4.0 cup Cauliflower, raw3.0 serving Egg Hard Boiled (1 serving = 1 large egg boiled)3.0 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon4.0 tsp Dijon mustard, whole grain trader joes4.0 tbsp Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise1.0 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic2.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh1.0 strip (4" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Firstly I used pickled asparagus in this recipe but any favorite pickled veg would work. Lightly steam cauliflower until just tender. Cook bacon until crispy. Rough chop eggs, bacon and asparagus. Put all 3 in a bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together mayo, apple cider vinegar and mustard. Pour over cauliflower mixture and fold until well combined.
