2 large Egg white, fresh .13 tsp Xantham Gum (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 2 tbsp THM Baking Blend 1/4 c (by THM_GIGI) 9 gram THM Pristine whey protein powder (by BERNSTER17L) .13 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat .5 tsp Baking Powder .33 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) .13 tsp THM Super Sweet (by THM_GIGI)
Place the egg whites and Xanthan in a small bowl and blend for 1 minute with stick blender. Add rest of ingredients and stir with a fork until well combined.
Spray a small bowl with spray oil and scrape the batter into the bowl. Microwave for 1 minute 50 seconds.. Remove and slice it into 2 thin pieces of bread.
