2 cup Teff Flour, Whole Grain - Bob's Red Mill (by DORIANTAKE) .125 tsp Fleischmann's Yeast (instant dry yeast) (by NURSIEBOOP) 1 cup Gold Medal Self Rising Flour (by ADLINS) .5 tsp Salt .5 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
Mix 2c water, teff, yogurt, and yeast. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 16 hours. Add white flour and mix with more water. It should look like crepe batter. Cover and let sit 1 hour.
Whisk in salt. Pour 1/4c. onto hot skillet. Cook like a crepe.
