yelena's vegetarian bean soup

Ingredients
4 cup Vegetable Broth .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 medium Carrots, raw 3.5 cup Beans, pinto 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 0.25 cup Tomato Paste 3 1tsp Olive Oil 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Boil broth, potato and canned beans. In a skillet om medium heat stir together al other ingredients, add veg. broth to thin a little. Add all possible spices (i do red pepper, black pepper, paprika, coriander, garlic, cumin) and salt to your taste. Boil for 10-15 min. Serve with fresh parsley.
