Adrienne's Red Potato Salad

1-1/2 pounds red potatoes, cut into chunks 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 1/8 celery stalk, chopped 1/2 cup chopped green pepper1 green onions, chopped 1/2 dash hot sauce 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 Tbsp dried minced onion1 Tsp salt 1/3 Tsp pepper t
Place the potatoes in a pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until easily pierced with a fork. Drain, and transfer. Add vinegar, onion, and green onion. Mix and allow to cool.
In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, eggs, and hot sauce. Season with dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the potatoes, and gently toss to coat. Chill at least 3 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
