Oatmeal Breakfast Mix

Ingredients
0.25 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 0.75 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 1tsp Coconut Oil 4 oz Apples (Prize Slice) Sliced Apples - 2oz 84 grams Brown Sugar
Directions
Add coconut oil to pan
Toss in oats and cinnamon to toast
Add 3 cups water
Chop apple into tiny bits and toss in
Bring to boil
Pour into rectangular or square container
Refrigerate
Cut 1/4 out eat morning; heat, add 22 g brown sugar & eat
