2 cans Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) drained2 cups Fresh Arugula (substitute with Spinach)1 Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon and zest1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp. Tahini (or substitute with 1 Tbsp sesame seeds)Optional: Garlic powder, Salt and Pepper
1. Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until fine.
2. Serve with cut vegetables, crackers or pita bread.
