Ingredients
1 large Scrambled Egg 1 serving Sweet mini peppers (3) 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 1 serving Home-Fried Potatoes (1 potato) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Dice sweet peppers onions and potatoes. Fry them in the oil, add a little water if needed to keep from sticking.
Once they are almost done, scramble the egg (I do it in the same pan).

Serving Size: makes 1 full meal
