1 cup Kodiak cakes dark chocolate waffle mix 45 grams Evl Chocolate Decadence Protein Powder 6 oz Zevia Ginger Root Beer 0.75 cup Canned pumpkin 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk together dry ingredients (through sweetener). Mix in wet ingredients until no lumps appear. Coat muffin tin with cooking spray and divide batter evenly between wells. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean. Enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to one week.
