Low-carb Pizza

Ingredients
4oz cream cheese12oz shredded mozzarella or pizza blend cheese2 eggs1/4c soy flour8oz pizza sauce8oz ground sirloin, browned4oz chopped onion4oz sliced mushrooms1oz turkey pepperoni1/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp italian seasoningother chopped vegetables as desired
Directions
Whip cream cheese and add eggs. Add parmesan, garlic powder, and seasoning. Fold in 8oz shredded cheese. Line a 9x12pan with parchment paper and spread mixture evenly in pan. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes until lightly browned. Cool and place uncovered in fridge for a few hours.
Take crust out and put it on a pizza pan. Assemble pizza with toppings as desired. Bake at 375F again for 15-20 mins until cheese is bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into 12 serving pieces.
