    I just got back from my workout and I feel great. I was able to really push it on the elliptical- high resistance and METS- for a good hour. I am hypoglycemic and get shaky if I work too hard but I'm completely stable. I rely heavily on peanut butter so it comes as no surprise that it's in this. - 4/12/10
