Ingredients
7 large Scrambled Eggs2 serving Morningstar Farms Breakfast Sausage Patty, chopped6 serving Flat Bread - Multi Grain w/Flax (1 flat bread - 53g) 3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh, steamed0.75 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, steamed 1.5 cup Four Cheese Mexican Blend Fancy Shredded Cheese
Directions
Evenly divide eggs, sausage, veggies and cheese per each flatbread. Roll up, then roll up in paper towel and follow with cling film. Place into large freezer zip top bag. To heat, pop unwrap cling film and microwave on high for 2.5 minutes.
