Ingredients
2 serving Success 100% Quinoa Tri Color (by JEFFREYWANDRAK0) 1 cup Rice, Success Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 2 serving Great Value Mushroom Stems & Pieces (by MSHAYNIE) 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 0.5 cup Peas, frozen 2 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese
Directions
Cook grains according to package directions, drain and set aside to cool.Chop onions and peppers. Drain one small can of mushroom stems and pieces. Heat olive oil in large non stick frying pan. Saute onion, peppers, mushrooms and garlic in oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add peas and heat thru unit thawed. Add in grains and mix well. Heat thru, season to taste with salt and pepper. Finish with Parmesan cheese.
