Sausage Bread Roll

Ingredients
450 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 1 serving Egg white, large .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .333 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 8 serving Rhodes frozen bread dough, white (by CMNOTT)-divided in half
Directions
brown sausage in large pan with the peppers, and a clove of pressed garlic.
When the sausage is done, drain and add the egg and parmesan. Mix in cheddar cheese and set aside.
Roll thawed bread dough until approximately 9x15 inch. Spread the sausage mixture in the middle of the dough and roll it up.
Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes.
Can be frozen after baking
