Pork Egg Roll Bowl

16 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw 6.1 cup Cabbage, napa 1 tbsp Trader Joe's Toasted Sesame Oil 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 6 clove Garlic 6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 8 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms 4 tsp Ginger Root
Cook down ground pork med-high heat, add sliced onions, sesame oil, pepper, garlic and shiitakes. When shiitakes have softened then add cabbage and cook until cabbage is soft, about 5 mins. Add sliced green onion and serve.
*If watching your sodium intake you can use low-sodium soy sauce or less liquid amino’s.
Also, if you have any leftovers add chicken or vegetable stock to them. Simmer in a pot for 10 mins. In a separate bowl scramble a couple of eggs. Slowly add eggs soup while wisking quickly. Add a bit of sriracha and you have an egg drop soup!
