5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 5 tsp Baking Powder .75 cup Butter, salted 2.25 cup Granulated Sugar 1.5 tbsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Pure Almond Extract (by CINBAN) 8 large Egg white, fresh 4 cup Almonds, slivered by Southern Grove (by FINEARTFAN)
Mix flour and baking powder and set aside. Cream butter and sugar until well mixed, add eggs one at a time mixing well, add vanilla and almond extract. Mix in flour/baking powder on low until flour dissappears on low. Add almonds mix gently. Shape into 3 loaves, dough is sticky. Bake 350 25 minutes on parchment lined air bake cookie sheets. When lightly b rowned remove from oven and cut into diagonal pieces. Lay on parchment lined air bake cookie sheets and bake 15 more until lightly browned. Remove from oven turn over and bake 12 - 15 more until lightly browned.
