Kyrazy Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour1- 1 1/2 Cups water1/2 Teaspoon Salt1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1. In a large bowl 1 cup of water and remaining ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. If it needs more water to get to a dough stage, then add.
4. On a floured surface knead the dough until it is soft.
5. Make it into balls (12-16 depending on size).
6. Then flour a board well.
7. Roll each ball as flat as you can.
8. Heat a pan until it is quite hot.
9. Place the rolled out tortilla in the pan and cook for about 45 seconds to 1 minute or until it is bubbling and starting to brown.
10. Turn it over and cook for another 45 seconds
11. Place a clean cotton dishtowel on a plate. As each tortilla comes out of the pan put it inside the towel and wrap them up.
