Coconut oatmeal cookies

Ingredients
1 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 10 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup Flour, white 8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Salt 0.5 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar .5 cup Granulated Sugar .3 cup Applesauce, sweetened 1 cup, packed Raisins .3 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
Chop walnuts, set aside.
Chop coconut flakes, set aside

Cream butter with sugars.
Add vanilla and blend
Add egg whites and blend.
Add all dry ingredients and stir to blend.
Add raisins, stir.

Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Cook in 350 oven for about 12-13 minutes
