1.0 piece (1/8 of 9" crust) Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake1.0 cup Granulated Sugar9.0 tsp packed Brown Sugar0.5 tsp Morton Iodized Salt1.0 cup Light Corn Syrup0.75 tsp Vanilla Extract5.33 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp 3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup, chopped Pecans
Pour pecans into bottom of frozen pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over the top. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes, cover pie with foil and cook additional 30 minutes. If after 30 minutes pie is jiggly re-cover and continue cooking until pie is set.
