Beet Avocado Orange Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar .5 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black 1 large (3-1/16" dia) Oranges .5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 2 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets, boiled 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 1 fl oz Water, tap
Directions
Whip balsamic vinegar, olive oil, water, salt and pepper together.
Cook beets any way you like or use canned or pre-cooked ones.
Dice everything and mix with dressing. I use one bowl, so it's easy on dishes too. Enjoy.
