Low Carb Chili Cheese Hot Dog Casserole

Ingredients
32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 6 serving Bar S Jumbo Jumbos Classic 1/4 pound Frank - 1 link (113g) (by GABIRUSZCZAK) 2 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 2 tsp lawrys seasoning salt (by MSSSOCCER) 1 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven 375, brown ground meat, add onions all except 1/2 cup, bell peppers, minced garlic, seasonings of choice.

Cook hot dogs separately, then cut up and set aside.

Once ground beef is well done, add diced tomatoes and 8 oz of tomato sauce, let simmer about 2 minutes. Add hot dogs and let simmer another 2 to 3 minutes.

Combine hot dogs and ground beef stir making sure all are combine well.

Poor half of mixture into 9x13 baking dish, add half cup of cheese and stir well. Sprinkle remaining onions on top and remaining cheese.

Bake in pre-heated oven until cheese is melted. Enjoy!!
