16 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast 4 tbsp Barbeque sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's Original 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend .5 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 1 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
Directions
place 1 cup broth in a skillet, the seasonings and onion, then add ground turkey and brown, once cooked add barbecue sauce.
Let sloppy joes simmer for about 10 minutes
