0.50 stick Butter, unsalted 24 oz Ground beef, lean 0.20 cup Corn Starch 1 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 921.3 grams Potato, raw 0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 0.5 cup Peas, frozen
Preheat oven to 400. brown beef. Add Veggies. Add tbs of broth and thicken with corn starch until a good rux. Season to taste. pour into glass baking dish. Boil potatoes until done. Mash potatoes with butter and thin with broth until texture is to your liking. season to taste. Pour mashed potatoes over beef and veggies. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes.
