Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients
Directions
2 cup white whole wheat flour 2 cup all-purpose flour 6 tbsp sugar 8 tsp baking powder 2 tsp kosher salt 2 large eggs 4 cup chocolate soy milk2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup canola oil
Combine all dry ingredients (sifting flour and baking powder). Add wet ingredients to combine.
Cook on a nonstick griddle or pan, flipping when bubbles on top pop and edges look dry.
I don't use any added fat to grease my griddle, so that is not included in calorie counts.
Serving Size: Makes approx. 35 pancakes
