Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Vinegar, white wine 1 tbsp Basil 0.125 tsp Kosher Salt 1 dash Pepper, black .5 cup Hearts of Palm 5 oz baby Spinach 3 tbsp Pine Nuts
Directions
Combine first five ingredients to make dressing. Add spinach and hearts of palm; toss to coat. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
