150 grams Cream Cheese 10 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv 20 gram Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener (1 tsp) (by W0NDERW0MAN2) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 grams Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 12 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
With blender mix cream cheese and ghee first, then add vanilla, 1/4 cup coconut oil and 3 tsp monkfruit sweetner (Or Swerve, or Nativia or Erythritol). Mix, pour evenly into 12 silicone bomb molds sections. (will fill each about 3/4 full). Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
Mix 1//2 cup coconut oil with 1 tsp cocoa powder and 2 tsp monkfruit sweetner (or other). Pour on top of frozen creamcheese bombs until full. Freeze until hard. Pop into a freezer proof bowl or bag. Enjoy.
