Passover Sirene po Shopski

Ingredients
12-3 second spray of oil (such as Pam)1 tbsp chopped shallots (other onions will do)10 cherry tomatoes cut in half (or 1 thick slice)1/4 cup chopped peppers -- I use sweet red ones. 2 oz feta cheese 1 egg1 sprigs fresh dill
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a small terra cotta bowl with the oil and then layer the shallots, tomatoes, peppers. Crumble the feta on top. Break the egg and put onto the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with the dill.

Serve with bread or crackers or eat with a spoon!
