1 cup Oatmeal Quaker Oats Plain (1 serv =1/2 cup =40g) 1/3 cup raw Pumpkin Seeds 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup Coconut Flakes - Dry, Unsweetened 3 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips 1/3 cup Honey 1/4 tsp Salt
Mix all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes. Roll into 30 one inch diameter balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
