Ingredients
3 fresh strawberries, large1 banana, medium1.5 Tbsp orange juice concentrate1 cup milk, 2%1 cup ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and annihilate until smooth. Enjoy in a tall glass, or do as I did, and share the extra half-serving with your child!!

    I look for smoothies that are only 1 serving recipes - otherwise I drink it all! Modified a bit: added 1 tablespoon protein powder, and instead of milk used 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt and 1/2 cup orange juice; both strawberries and banana were frozen, but only used 1/2 banana; total cals 230! - 1/20/12

    I have a big sweet tooth so I added a couple tiny scoops of stevia powder. Also used skim milk. This smoothie is great for filling me up and helps my sweet cravings. Thanks! - 8/27/11

    I use vanilla lowfat yougurt with a splash of milk, only 1/2 banana and strawberry. Also good with canned pineapple and mandarin oranges, in lite syrup of course. Can also add some banana to that. - 7/20/11

    I changed this smoothie up a bit. 3 fresh strawberries, 1/2 banana, OJ instead of milk, left the stems on the strawberries, flaxseed.No need for any sweetners. Fantastic - 12/26/10
