Bud's Beef Stew

Ingredients
16 oz Boneless Stewing Beef--choice chuck 0.33 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.5 tsp Black Pepper, ground (by MELISSA_X0) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 3 medium Carrots, raw 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Rosemary, dried 1 tbsp Thyme, ground 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.0 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt
Directions
Chopped and chunk the vegetables. Microwave the water for 2-3 minutes. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker including the water. Mix well and begin for 1 hour on high. Stir and reduce to low for 4-6 hours. Serve when potatoes are done.
