Zucchini and Tomato Stir-fry

Ingredients
1 medium zucchini squash2 slices of onion1/2 tomato (peel off skin and cubed)2 tsp parmesan & romano powdered cheese1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
cut up vegetables into cubes. Slice onions into bits with scissors.

Heat 1 tbsp oil on medium high. Add onions and squash first and allow to cook about 5 minutes.

Then add the tomato and let the tomatoes go from red to orange. You are done. Serve it for two. Sprinkle 1 tsp of parmesan on each serving.
