Pork with Apples and Onions

Ingredients
3lb pork loin5 small apples, peeled and sliced4 cloves garlic 1.5 large onions, sliced2 cups chicken broth10 oz white wine (pinot grigio is good)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In your crock pot, dice half an onion and place it in the bottom. Put the pork loin roast on top, fat up. Add the remaining ingredients, and top up with enough water to *just* cover the pork. The apples do not need to be covered.

Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours, or low for 8 hours. Serve with green peas and rice!
