Jo's Homemade Bolognese made with 20% fat Lamb Mince

1.0 serving(s) 500g Tesco British Lamb Mince 20% fat273.0 Grams Onions, raw1.0 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet peppers (bell)270.0 Grams Celery, raw250.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh3.0 clove Garlic3.0 serving Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes 400g tin224.0 Grams Carrots, raw17.7 serving Beef Oxo Cube 5.90 g6.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1.0 serving(s) Tesco Double Concentrate Tomato Puree 45g1.0 serving(s) Italian Mixed Herbs 1 tablespoon1.0 serving(s) Smoked Paprika 2 tablespoons1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 serving(s) Tesco Stevia 1 tablespoon20.0 Grams Parmesan Cheese, hard3.2 oz Sangria
Directions
Dry fry lamb Mince until Brown, drain off excess fat. Finely chop onions, add to mince and cook until onions are soft. Finely chop celery, bell pepper, cartots and garlic then add to the mince. Add the chopped tomatoes, mixed herbs, sangria, oxo cubes, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree, Stevia, cinnamon, parmesan cheese and stir until all blended. Simmer for an hour. Slice up mushrooms and add to the pot and stir until combined. Leave to simmer for another 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve with pasta of your choice but pasta isn't included in this recipe.
