Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients
3 cups sugar1 cup cooking oil4 eggs2 tesasoons vanilla4 cups plain flour1 teaspoon cinnamon2 teaspoons baking soda4 tablespoons cocoa4 1/2 cups shredded zucchini2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
1. Mix sugar and cooking oil. Add eggs and vanilla.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir in shredded zucchini last.
3. Spread in 13x 9 prepared pan. Sprinkle 2 cups chocolate chips on top along with 2 tablespoons sugar.
4. Bake @ 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
