0.25 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 1.50 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 50 Turkey (light meat) 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 serving Garden of life Life Raw Organic Protein Powder (unflavored) (1 scoop)
Directions
Chop turkey, add remaining ingredients, blend well.
Add small amt water if needed to blend protein powder in to mixture
