Ingredients
0.05 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes0.25 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites
Directions
Whisk egg whites with 2tbspn of milk. Finely chop tomato and 1 cup of spinach leaves. Than mix it into the bowl with egg whites and a dash of salt and pepper. Take egg whites over medium heat in a skillet and scrable them . Serve with half a bagel. Serving Size: 1
