Ingredients
6 tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild 3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
Directions
In mini-crock pot [1 1/2 quart] cook 1 c rice with 6 T salsa with enough water to make 2 cups. Be sure to butter or spray the liner with non-stick spray. Cook for 2 hours on High.
