2 can (10.75 oz), prepared Soup, cream of chicken, canned, prepared with equal volume water, commercial 4 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 20 oz Chicken Tyson All Natural BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts (GS) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tsp Thyme, fresh 1 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp Table Salt (by CECELIAMERWIN) 1 tsp black pepper, coarse or cracked or ground (by CHUCKLES0719) 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup Peas, frozen 3 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Parsley, dried .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 4 serving biscuits, buttermilk canned - 2 biscuits
1. In crock pot and onion in even layer in the bottom. Place chicken on top. Add oregano and seasonings W\ salt and pepper.
2. Pour soup and broth over chicken. Add thyme and bay leafs. Cover and cook 3 hours or until chicken is cooked.
3. Discard thyme and bay leafs. Shred chicken with forks, stir in celery, carrots, peas and garlic.
4. Cut biscuits into small pieces top chicken mix with dough cook on high for 1 hour until veggies are tender.
Serving Size: 6 1 cup servings
