2 cup Spinach, fresh 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1.0 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 3 tbsp Parsley 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 0.5 cup Blueberries, fresh 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Add ingredients to blender in the order described below. Spinach then parsley then cucumbers then celery then apple then blueberries then water. Spinach on the bottom.
