Pistachio Fruit Salad from First Place

Ingredients
1 lb 4 oz Can of Dole's Crushed pineapple packed in Pineapple juice1 can of Mandarin oranges (drained)1 8 oz container of whipped topping (thawed)1 Jello Brand Sugar Free Instant Pistachio pudding mix1 cup of Cottage Cheese
Directions
Pour the Crushed Pineapple into a medium large bowl with all of its juices. Drain the Mandarin oranges and add to Pineapple. Add the Cottage Cheese. Mix in the whipped topping and pudding mix. Mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and it is ready to serve.
