BBQ chicken egg salad

Ingredients
6 large hard boiled eggs5 - 4oz BBQ chicken breasts, bone and skin removed1 cup diced celery1/2 cup light mayo(or fat free)2 tsp yellow mustardsalt to tastepepper to tastegarlic powder to taste
Directions
1. Dice up the hard boiled eggs and chicken. Combine eggs, chicken, and celery in a medium sized mixing bowl.
2. Mix in the mayo and mustard until well incorporated.
3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste, or any other spices you prefer.

Makes 7 1/2-cup servings

This goes great on toasted wheat bread topped with a little BBQ sauce. Also goes great on a bed of spinach!
