Black Bean Breakfast Quiche

9 large Egg, raw2 cans of Joan of Arc Black Beans-15 oz. 1 can diced green chilis - 4 oz. .5 cup Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese red pepper flakessalt and pepper3 slices Butterball Turkey Bacon
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese into the 12 cups of the muffing tin.
Rinse the two cans of black beans and spoon them into the 12 cups.
Spoon the can of green chilies into the cups.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese into the cups.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to each cup.
Stir each gently.
In a large measuring cup with a spout, mix the 9 eggs with salt and pepper.
Divide evenly between the 12 muffin cups.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12
