Ingredients
3 or 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts12 oz. Texas Pete Hot Sauce16 oz Kraft Ranch Dressing(2) 8oz Philedelphia Cream CheesePack of Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Blend
Directions
Boil chicken breasts until done (takes about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 min to cook). Tear apart good and place in a 11 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle desired amout of hot sauce over chicken (I use almost the whole bottle). In a medium saucepan, cook dressing & cream cheese until blended. Pour over chicken evenly. Place in oven and cook at 350 for 15-20. Pull out and sprinkle shredded cheese over mixture and cook for another 10 min. Enjoy! Makes about 15-20 servings.

Going to look for a lower sodium hot sauce & will use fat free cream cheese, dressing & cheese. Have made before & *IS* yummy but this sodium is HIGH :(
    Any suggestions? - 6/27/11

I LOVE this dip SOOO much. I always serve it with "Cape Cod Reduced Fat potato chips" they are kettle cooked and are super crunchy and strong so GREAT for scooping =) - 1/28/11

This tastes great BUT, the nutritional data is way off. For the Kraft dressing & cream cheese alone, it is 144 calories and 13.8 grams of fat per serving. TASTES great, but may want to experiment with lower cal options..... - 7/14/10

My sister tried making it with canned chicken and she said that it wasn't good. It don't taste the same but whatever works. I prefer boneless chicken breasts.
