Tex-Mex Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey: Ground, 85% Lean Ground 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 tsp Pepper, black 4 serving 1 Slice Great Value Pepperjack Cheese 4 serving Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 2 Tbsp 4 serving Thomas' Original English Muffin (1 muffin 57g) 4 slices of tomato
Directions
1. Dice the bell pepper into very small pieces (1/8in)
2. Combine bell pepper, ground turkey, panko, black pepper, and ketchup in a bowl and knead until uniform. Divide into 4 balls and flatten into patties.
3. Heat either a grill to medium heat or nonstick pan to medium-high.
4. Cook patties for 5min on one side, then flip.
5. While other side toast the english muffins
6. After 4min top each patty with a slice of cheese and wait for it to start to melt
7. Place a burger on each muffin bottom, top with a slice of tomato, and spread 2T of guacamole on the top half of the muffin. Put together and enjoy!
